The incident occurred following the annual day celebration at Dhirubhai Ambani International School, where Shahid, accompanied by his wife Mira Rajput, was seen attending the event with their children.
As the Kapoor family awaited their car outside the school premises, they were encircled by a swarm of photographers eager to capture candid moments. Shahid Kapoor, visibly agitated by the paparazzi’s intrusive behavior, voiced his discontent, urging them not to take pictures in the presence of his children.
Video footage capturing the moment shows Shahid admonishing the photographers, stating, “Bacho ke sath maat karo na tumlog. Kaafi pictures le chuke ho tum (Don’t take pictures when I am with the kids. You have already taken many pictures).”
This incident is not an isolated one, as Shahid Kapoor has previously confronted paparazzi over their aggressive tactics. In a past encounter, he addressed photographers who were vociferously calling out to him while he was with his wife, Mira, and mother-in-law in Mumbai. Shahid Kapoor’s assertive response emphasized the need for restraint and respect, suggesting that photographers should only approach him once he has departed in his vehicle.
