Bobby Deol Commands Rs 8 Crore for Anticipated Role in Balakrishna's 109th Film

After the immense success of ‘Animal,’ Bollywood actor Bobby Deol has witnessed a surge in his remuneration, reportedly charging a whopping Rs 8 crore for his antagonist role in Balakrishna’s 109th film directed by Bobby. The actor’s career took a turn with the success of ‘Animal,’ making him highly sought after for roles with negative shades.

“Everything changed for Bobby Deol after ‘Animal,’ and he has become the most-sought-after for roles with negative shades since he wasn’t among hits in Bollywood until then,” says a source. Bobby Deol has joined the league of actors like Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt, and Nawazuddin Siddique, who ventured into Tollywood before him, but he has surpassed them in terms of remuneration.

“Saif Ali Khan is drawing Rs 5 crore, while Nawazuddin is Rs 5 crore, hence Bobby Deol has surpassed them with ease. Director Bobby has designed a very exciting role for Bobby Deol, and producers didn’t hesitate to pay a hefty sum due to his pan-India appeal,” the source points out.

This move comes after B-town actor Arjun Rampal played a significant role against Balakrishna in his recent release ‘Bhagavanth Kesari,’ proving that new villains opposite Balakrishna tend to add spice to his action adventures.
