Aspiring comedian Janhvi Kapoor is venturing into stand-up comedy, as revealed in a new promo for ‘I Pledge To Prevent.’ In the teaser, Janhvi introduces herself as an “aspiring comedian” and humorously requests kindness for her first-time performance, referencing the criticism she faced for her debut film. The full video, titled ‘Leap, Laugh & Learn,’ is set to release on February 29 in collaboration with the organization working on HPV prevention.
Janhvi Kapoor, who was last seen in the controversial film ‘Bawaal,’ is set to appear in upcoming projects like ‘Devara’ with Jr NTR, ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ with Rajkummar Rao, and Shashank Khaitan’s untitled film with Varun Dhawan.
In a recent interview, Janhvi expressed her learning experience in acting school in Los Angeles, stating that she gained little knowledge there and would have benefited more by staying in India and understanding her people and culture.
