The process proved particularly challenging for Katrina Kaif, who, amidst scheduling conflicts and set construction delays, went through a “torturous” experience, even suggesting the director cast another actor in her place.
Sriram highlighted the initial delay due to scheduling conflicts and set construction issues, resulting in a 70% completed but unused set. Faced with rising costs and the desire to control expenses, the director proposed the idea of a Tamil version to optimize resources.
Convincing Katrina Kaif to participate in the Tamil version proved to be a hurdle, with the actress expressing reservations and suggesting the casting of another actor for the Tamil version. Despite the challenges, Sriram emphasized the importance of managing costs and ensuring the success of the film.
